Since the outbreak of the disease, unusual symptoms have come to the surface and wreak havoc in the public domain.  Recently, a scientist stated that one of the unusual warning signs of COVID-19 may be developing in the mouth.  Many patients who suffered from COVID-19 experienced discomfort in mouth-such as coated tongue or ‘COVID tongue’.

Strange mouth ulcers were observed in COVID-19 patients. These mouth ulcers were in the form of white patches and ulcers all over the tongue and mouth respectively. Although it’s a harmless condition, which will resolve itself in a few days or weeks yet if one develops ‘COVID tongue’ along with other signs of coronavirus, it is important to get diagnosed and confirm .

If one has contracted the virus, SARS-CoV-2 or not.

While new and unusual symptoms of COVID-19 continue to expand and increase take every precautionary measure, to contain the spread of the virus.
