Concerning the Role:
- Coordinate for “Continuous Improvement” culture along with functional HOD’s (in accordance with Professional Family guidelines).
- Aid cross-functional FOX – Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and principles according to Plant overall strategies.
- Analyzes plant procedures with the help of functional HOD’s and SSP manager, identifies improvement areas, identifies the projects at the local level in coordination with functional HOD’s as well as SSP manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination for “Continuous Improvement” culture along with functional HOD’s and SSP Manager (in accordance with Professional Family guidelines). Through assigned resources collects ideas/activities for projects’ standardization, improvement and assuring the achievement of expected results.
- Assist with cross-functional FOX – Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives as well as principles based on Plant overall strategies.
- Aid SSP Manager to examines plant procedures, identifies improvement areas, selects projects at the local level in coordination with functional HOD’s in order to reach industrial excellence.
- Transfers the Global level strategy down into the Plant. Motivates and also stimulates
- Plant Functions to search the optimal solution in the management of productive factors readily available in the Plant and of all cross-processes.
- Guarantee the proper application of Project Management tools and also methods for the entire plant.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology or engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of FMCG work experience.
- Proficient in improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma.
- Analytical abilities, problem-solving abilities, Data Analysis, Excel, Communication as well as Presentation Skills.
