The Board has the discretion to restrict the number of applicants to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and also experience greater than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement and also the percentage of marks secured in the educational qualifications. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated by e-mail only and also called for the interview.
General Instructions:
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. No other allowances are payable.
- The chosen applicant will be appointed purely on temporary basis originally for a period of one year. Nevertheless, the appointment can be extended depending on the work performed as assessed by the project head or till the validity of the project or whichever is earlier.

Emolument: Rs. 15,000/- each month (Consolidated).
Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture/ Botany/ Microbiology or Life Sciences.
Desirable Qualifications: (i) M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Botany/ Microbiology or Life
Sciences, or (ii) Experience of working with tea crops.
