The new study states that human milk is the nutrition source for Childs and infants. Mother’s milk provides the essential immune protection to fight against some infectious agents through transferring the antibodies. And a recent study shows that the mother’s milk helps develop the overall immune system of a baby. So, mother’s milk is too much important for a baby. Already Research has shown that what a mother eats during her breastfeeding can control the beneficial or important components of the milk. The research from Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital, and another institution proved the natural mechanism that can directly affect the Quality of Mother’s Milk. The diet during breastfeeding of a mother could shape the structures of HUMAN MILK OLIGOSACCHARIDES (HMO). HMOs are nothing but the complex structures of human milk, and they are the 3rd largest component present in Human Milk, after Fat and proteins. The dynamic of the HMOs that are food and fodder for healthy microbes. It proved that the establishment of a healthy microbiome in the newborn baby is directly affected by the immune system of the newborn baby. USDA the Children’s Nutrition Centre observed that mothers during breastfeeding consumed a particular diet for 30 to 70hours. Two weeks later the same woman ate a different diet also provided by the researchers. Researchers collected the milk samples. Observed them in the particular two cases- the HMO and microbiome components of the milk. 

Mothers’ diet is crucial for the formation of HMOs, also maintains the functional ability of good milk bacteria. So now comes to the perfect food diet or food style, of a breastfeeding woman. Oatmeal is rich in iron and hard fibers, which helps to increase the production of milk. Eggs are full of egg albumin or albumin proteins that help to increase the proteins of a woman during breastfeeding. Leafy Green, full of Vitamin-A, Irons, Calcium, etc. Fish, full of DHA Protein.
