You plan, develop and also execute capital projects by supporting technological developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and also capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety as well as environmental requirements. How you will certainly contribute
To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and also fit-for-purpose technological solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and also deliver the capital and also technological agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and also standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and also equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will certainly be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and also innovation processes in project management.

More about this role
This role is for managing biscuit Engineering for Inhouse in addition to External manufacturing sites, providing engineering know-how to design, execute a new capacity expansion project or new product development
What you need to know about this position:
The role will certainly be to be working on capital estimation, working with RnD, Enterprise engineering as well as regional engineering to implement best practices in executing capital engineering projects
What added ingredients you will bring:
Knowledge of cutting edge technology in biscuit manufacturing
Education/ Certifications: Min B Tech in Engineering or Food technology
Job-specific requirements:
Need to have the know-how on biscuit new products as well as knowledge of the market.
Travel requirements:
- Yes, Need to travel to sites for trials, Project execution, commissioning etc
- Most of this travel will be within the BU and will certainly be around 30 % of the time.
