Job Description:
- Virus adaptation in cell culture/ egg for brand-new vaccine development for Poultry.
- Bacterial isolation, culturing in shaker flask or fermenter.
- Animal experiments for new vaccine development.
- Part of sample screening from the field for virus or bacterial isolation and typing.
- Cell culture handling, passaging for R&D experiment as well as vaccine preparation.
- Performing various analytical tests.
- Performing molecular and also Immunological test for poultry diseases.
- Maintaining lab record, logbook as well as conducting safety or quality training in the laboratory.
- Perform R&D experimental studies as per protocol or SOP.
