Name of the Project: NGS based targeted sequencing of alternate complement pathway related genes in C3 glomerulopathy and their clinical relevance

Upper Age limit: 33 years (Relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PH/Women candidate as per rules).

Remuneration: Based on the rules.

Duration: The engagement in the project is totally on a short-term basis max for the period of the project. However, the appointment will initially be offered for a duration of one year and will be extended on annual basis depending upon satisfactory performance and also co-terminus with the project. The appointment can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notification OR stipend thereof.

Application Procedure for PGIMER Vacancy:

  • The engagement in the projects is totally on temporary basis max for the period of duration of the project. Nevertheless, an appointment will initially be offered for a duration of one year to be as well as will certainly be extended on annual basis depending upon satisfactory performance and also co-terminus with the project. The appointment can be terminated by either side by giving one months’ notice OR stipend thereof. The total duration of appointment in the project is minimum 01 years. Therefore, if an incumbent switch in between the projects, the appointment will certainly terminate on the day he/she completes 01years. Please keep in mind that it is not a PGIMER/SERB-DST, N. Delhi appointment as well as will certainly not provide any type of right on the incumbent to any claim implicit or explicit on any type of placement.
  • Interested Candidates fulfilling the above conditions are required to submit or post their full bio-data duly signed and enclosing therewith xeroxes of certificates/testimonials in support of date of birth, qualification/ experience etc. & affixed with the latest photo on it by 27/10/2020 at 04.00 PM in the office of Prof. Ritambhra Nada, Dept. of Histopathology, 5th Floor, Research Block-A, PGIMER, Sector-12, Chandigarh-160012. Shortlisted applicants will be intimated by telephone and e-mail pertaining to the interview date (personal or virtual).
  • No interview letters will certainly be sent out. No TA/DA will be paid

Essential Qualification: Masters (1st Class) in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology with Two years of JRF research experience.

Desirable Qualification: Preference will be provided to NET/GATE clear applicant.
