Duration: 29.12.2023

Age limit (according to date of interview):

i) upto 28 years. In case of JRF candidates up to 31 years (28 +3 years for activation based on JRF standards).

ii) Age relaxation of up to 5 years (upto 33 years) for SC/ST/Differently abled/women candidates.

iii) 3 years (upto 31 years) for OBC (Non-creamy layer).

Applicants fulfilling above conditions may apply with an online mode on google form link https://SERB SP-317Application Form as well as attach the duly filled recommended format available under this advertisement in addition to self-attested Scanned certificates of CSIR/UGC/ICMR including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) OR GATE National Level examination DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc., IISER or equivalent, recent Passport size photo, caste certificate issued by the competent authority (for reserved category), receipt of online payment of fees on or before 10th February 2021 All documents mentioned in the prescribed application available under this advertisement at Sr.No.10. & 11 should be submitted at the time of interview/ selection.
  2. Non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/(except SC/ST and women candidates) to be paid online through https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm or link on Institute Website http://www.aripune.org (Pay application fees on SBI Collect under Announcements). Candidate must attach the receipt of online payment of fees and indicate the online receipt number in the application form. The Institute isn’t responsible for any incomplete/pending/failed transactions of online application fee payments and they might contact the concerned bank in this regard.
  3. The prescribed essential qualifications are the bare minimum and mere possession of same won’t entitle the candidate to be called for interview. The Institute reserves the right to select a suitable candidate.
  4. In case of deserving and exceptionally qualified candidates, desirable qualification is relaxed at the discretion of the Competent Authority.

Important Dates:

(i) Last date for receipt of Application: 10th February 2021.

(ii) Display of the shortlist of candidates for interview: Will be displayed on the Institute website.

(iii) Day, Date & Time of Interview: Will be communicated by email to concerned candidates.

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 31,000/- plus HRA

Qualifications:

Essential: 

(i) 1st class in M.Sc Botany/ Biotechnology.

(ii) Applicant must be qualified in any one of the following tests: CSIR/UGC/ICMR including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) OR GATE. National Level examination DST,

DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc., IISER etc.

Desirable: (i) Experience in plant systematics along with sound knowledge of the phylogenomic tools and techniques will be given preference.
