The following vacancies are available in the various ongoing bioinformatics projects at.
Translational Bioinformatics Group (https://www.icgeb.org/dinesh-gupta/), ICGEB, New Delhi, India. Salaries will be offered according to financing agencies norms, educational qualification and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be welcomed for an on-line interview at ICGEB. Only the chosen applicants will be informed individually. Preference will be given to the applicants with experience related to Bioinformatics as well as Computational area.

Qualifications:
Position number 1: Candidate ought to have a master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural
Sciences/ MSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a
recognized University or equivalent.
(i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars that are selected via (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSlR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level exams conducted by Central Government Departments as well as their Agencies and Institutions.
(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
Position number 2: The candidate should be a Graduate in any type of discipline.
Consolidated Salary: 22320/- pm (including HRA).
Position number 3: PhD. Degree in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics.
Consolidated Salary: 58280/- pm (including HRA).
Position number 4:
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Grad/ Postgraduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a procedure described with any one of the following:
a. Scholars selected via National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET, including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection procedure with National level exams conducted by Central.
Government Departments as well as their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR. ICMR, IIT, lISc, IISER, etc.
c. Two years of research experience.
Salary: 31,000/- + HRA.
