How to Apply for NDRI Job:
Age Limitation:
35 year for Men and 40 years for Women in case of SRF on the date of Interview.
30 year for Men and 35 year for Women in case of JRF on the date of Interview.
21 to 45 Young Professional-I & II on the date of Interview.
35 year for Project Associate-I on the date of Interview.
35 year for Men and 40 years for Women in case of Field Assistant on the date of Interview.
35 years on the date of Interview for Research Assistant.
21 to 35 years on the date of Interview for Field Investigator.
(Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and also PHC according to GOI/ICAR rules).
Terms and Conditions:
- The selected candidate shall have no right/claim for regular appointment at this
Institute, as the engagement/appointment is co-terminus with the project/scheme. - Only Indian citizen will be eligible to submit application for appearing the online
interview. - The interested candidates must submit their applications strictly in prescribed format
alongwith self attested scanned copies of the following documents on the e-mail
address indicated against your position/post of interest as well as on e-mail address:
dharam.meena@icar.gov.in by 5-00P.M. of 03-10-2020. The applications received
after this deadline will not be considered for interview being late applications.
1) Application form duly completed in all respect strictly in prescribed format.
2) Pass Certificate/Mark Sheet of Matriculation Examination for age verification.
3) Degree Certificate and Marks sheet/Transcript for Graduation.
4) Degree Certificate and Marks sheet/Transcript for Post-Graduation.
5) Degree Certificate and Marks sheet/Transcript for Ph.D if required.
6) Certificate for experience/Training/Associateship and publication if any in
relevant filed.
7) Documents related to NET qualified wherever is applicable.
8) SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate as applicable.
9) Copy of No Objection Certificate for the candidates who are already employed somewhere.
(For the required Degree Certificate (at least PDC) should be uploaded). - Candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of documents submitted with the applications
considering relevant criteria as per the requirement of each position. - After screening of the applications a list of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed/ uploaded on the NDRI website only 03 days prior to start of online interviews. Candidates who submitted their applications are advised to keep a check on NDRI website for updates.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be considered for online interview as per preference of
the candidate - In order to conduct the online interview, link will be sent to the e-mail ID of the
shortlisted candidates as reflected in their application format. - The shortlisted candidates for each position must keep themselves ready at least 30
minutes before start of online interview on scheduled date and time. - It will be expected that the candidate has access to stable internet connection and the
hardware (video & audio) for appearing in the virtual mode interview. - ICAR-NDRI will have no liability for poor internet at the candidate end that hinders
the interview process. - The selected candidate (s) will have no right to claim employment or engagement in
ICAR-NDRI at the end of the contract period as the positions are purely temporary on
contractual basis Co-terminus with the project/scheme. - The selected candidates will be given provisional selection offer letter. The selected
candidates will be required to produce original documents as submitted alongwith their
online application for verification at the time of their joining. In case any false claim in
the documents is noticed during verification, their provisional offer of selection will
stand cancelled. - Concealing of facts/canvassing shall lead to disqualification of the candidature.
- In case any disputes, it will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Karnal Court
only. - The decision of the Director, ICAR-NDRI Karnal will be final and binding in all aspects.

Desirable Qualifications for NDRI Job: Preference will be given to candidates having
