Dr. Anjali Chatterjee Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, Kolkata under Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy intends to engage the following Research personnel purely on a contract basis according to the details given below:

Post I

Name of the Post: Senior Research Fellow (Life Science)

No. of Posts: 01

Age limit: 35 years and below

Date of Interview: 03.03.2021 at 10.00 a.m. at Dr. Anjali Chatterj ee Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, At Dr. Bholanath Chakravarty Bhawan, 50, Rajendra Chatterjee Road, Kolkata-700 035 (Tel. No. 033-29850232)

Period of Engagement: Initially for a period of three months but is likely to be extended.


Post II

Name of the Post: Senior Research Fellow (Bioscience)

No. of Posts: 01

Age limit: 35 years and below

Date of Interview: 05.03.2021 at 10.00 a.m. at Dr. Anjali Chatterj ee Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, At Dr. Bholanath Chakravarty Bhawan, 50, Rajendra Chatterjee Road, Kolkata-700 035 (Tel. No. 033-29850232)

Period of Engagement: Initially for a period of three months but is likely to be extended.

How to Apply:

  1. The applicant who fulfills the requirement may attend the Interview along with the application in the format attached as Annexure-1 with self-attested photocopies and also original certificates of qualification, experience, mark sheets, birth certificate, passport size photo.
  2. The candidates will be engaged against different programs of the Council as well as duties will certainly be assigned. including field duties, accordingly.
  3. The candidate must have a working knowledge of computer programs such as MS-Office, Internet as well as email. etc. as he would be required to work independently.
  4. The selections will be made for the Institute/Unit/office as indicated in the advertisement. Once posted, the candidate will not normally be transferred. Nonetheless, the Council reserves the right to transfer applicants to any other Institutes/Units of the Council.
  5. The Council will prepare a panel of candidates and offer engagement as and when vacancy/need arises.
  6. The eligibility of the applicant will be determined as on the date of the interview.
  7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  8. The competent authority reserves the right to postpone/cancel the recruitment exercise at any kind of stage.
  9. The selected candidates will have no claim for appointment on regular basis by virtue of being appointed on a contractual basis.
  10. The contract can be ended with no notice by the competent authority if at any time the conduct. Performance, as well as activities of the individual, are found detrimental to the interests of the Council.
  11. The chosen candidates will certainly need to sign a non-disclosure undertaking.
  12. In case of a large number of candidates reporting for interview/test, the competent authority reserves the right to shortlist the candidates by adopting appropriate criteria. Further, the interview may also be held on the next day.
  13. The interested applicants can likewise in their own interest guarantee that they fulfill the eligibility conditions. Ineligible candidates will certainly not be allowed to appear for an interview. Verification of documents/certificates will be done before the interview.
  14. The applicants are requested to see Council” s web site (www.ccrhindia.nic.in) on regular basis for any type of brand-new announcement in this regard.
  15. Canvassing, in any form, will certainly lead to the disqualification of the applicant.

No advance application is to be sent out. Applications will certainly be collected at the venue of the written test/interview.

For Post I

Essential Qualifications:

  1. M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Zoology/Microbiology from recognized University.
  2. 03 years of research experience in the pertinent field after acquiring the P.G. qualification.

Desirable Qualification:

  1. Qualified NET/GATE/GPAT
  2. Experience in pre-clinical studies. Knowledge of ELISA & RT-PCR assay. Techniques Publications in a peer-reviewed journal.

Emoluments: Rs.35,000/- plus HRA (consolidated) Per Month


For Post II

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Zoology/Microbiology from a recognized University with animal handling experience.

Desirable Qualification:

  1. Qualified NET/GATE/GPAT
  2. Experience in pre-clinical studies. Knowledge of ELISA & RT-PCR assay. Techniques Publications in a peer-reviewed journal.

Emoluments: Rs.31,000/- plus HRA (consolidated) Per Month
