How to Apply for CIMAP Scientist & Technical Posts:
a) Eligible and interested applicants are required to fill the application ON-LINE by accessing the website https://www.cimap.res.in.
b) For the online application process please refer ‘How to apply online’ instructions, ‘Fee Payment Procedure’ and ‘ Application Form Replica’ available on the above-mentioned website.
c) The application is to be submitted in four distinct steps, as listed below:.
1. Registration (online).
2. Fee Submission (online/offline *).
3. Application Submission (online).
4. Dispatch of Printout copy (Hard Copy) of on-line application in addition to all appropriate documents by post.
* For offline fee submission candidate ought to take a printout of challan generated online after conclusion of registration and deposit fee in the Bank.
d) The datelines for the above-mentioned stages of application are as follows:
- The start date for Registration for Online Application for CIMAP Scientist & Technical Posts: Monday, 7th December 2020; 10.00 Hrs. IST
- Last date for registration and applying for Online application: Thursday, 21st January 2021; 23:59 Hrs. IST
- Last date for Fee Submission at Bank Payment Gateway Online/Offline: Wednesday, 27th January 2021; 16:00 Hrs. IST
- Last date for Submission of Online Application in the Recruitment Portal: Friday, 05th February 2021; 23.59Hrs. IST
- Last date for Receipt of physical copy (hardcopy/printout) of the submitted application at CIMAP, Lucknow: Monday, 22nd February 2021; 17:30Hrs. IST
e) Applicants are required to pay application fee Rs.100/- only based on ‘Fee Payment Procedure’ available on the web site. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/ PWD/Abroad applicants and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee.
f) The Printout of the application, generated after online submission, duly accompanied by self-attested copies of the requisite certificates/mark sheets of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, and community certification, if any, addressed to the ″ Controller of Administration, CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Post Office-CIMAP, Lucknow-226015 ″ must reach this office by speed post/registered post on or prior to 22.02.2021. Candidates applying for greater than one post must send separate application for each post indicating the Code No. of the post.
g) In the case of Universities/Institutes awarding CGPA/SGPA/OGPA Grades etc., applicants are requested to convert the same into percentage based on the formula as per their university/Institute.
h) The envelope containing the application needs to be superscribed “Application for the post of … … ……( Postcode … … … Advt.No. … … … …) ″.
i) Applications from employees of Government Departments will certainly be considered only if forwarded via proper channel, certified by the employer that the candidate, if chosen will certainly be relieved within one month of the receipt of the appointment orders and in which vigilance clearance should likewise be recorded. However, advance copy of the application may be sent before the closing date. Applications routed through proper channel should reach CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow at the earliest.
j) Candidates need to particularly note that the applications gotten after the closing date for any reason whatsoever (such as envelopes wrongly addressed, delivered elsewhere, postal delay etc.) will not be entertained.
k) Incomplete applications (i.e. unsigned, without photograph and relevant testimonials etc.) will not be entertained and will certainly be summarily rejected.
