DURATION: Originally for a duration of one year and extendable up to 3 years or till termination of the project whichever is earlier based upon performance evaluation on yearly basis.
Selection Procedure:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- The candidate must have a Ph.D. in any branch of Biological Sciences. Ph.D. thesis submitted is also eligible for RA’ship. Selection in such cases will be subject to the condition that Ph.D. viva-voce has done & declared qualified for the award of Ph.D./ awarded Ph.D. degree before the selection interview.
- Research experience of at least 3 years as evidenced by a publication in peer review journal other than MSc project work, in the relevant area is required.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: As the work includes animal tissue culture and animal tumour models, prior experience with animal cell culture and animal handling are desirable.
