Name of the Project: INDO-UK collaborative project “The development and implementation of sensors and treatment technologies for freshwater systems in India “.
Tenure: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Age Limit: The upper age limit of the candidate must be below 32 years as on the last date of the receipt of the application. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates based on Govt. of India rules.

Essential Qualification: Applicants must hold an M.Sc. degree with first class in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biological sciences or allied subjects and also minimal two years’ research experience and a minimum of 2 research published in the peer-reviewed journals. Practical knowledge, as well as experiences in Microbial genomics, is required. Preference will be given to the candidates having an interest in Bioinformatics and computational biology.
Fellowship: Rs. 35000/- plus HRA at 16 percent
